Q1. How to clean the water pump? Step1: Turn the power off Step2: Remove the light panel with rod and planting panel of the water tank. Step3: Take out the sponge in front of the water pump and rinse it with water, do not use any washing liquid ad this can affect the nutrient balance. Step4: Install those back and restart the machine.

Q2. Can grow sponge be reused? It's reusable if pull out the stem of a plant, but we don't recommend that, because it's not as good as the first use, We have extra sponge available for your purchase.
Q3.Why do only a few plants grow and some germinate and then wilt very quickly? a.The seeds you purchase make a different. For best results, recommend to purchase seeds reliable manufactures and store, so that avoid the seeds that we purchased are not suitable for hydroponic system. b.Ensure you are using the correct proportion of nutrient solution to water, LED light distance from the plants and right temperature.
Q4.Is it possible to transplant a plant from a hydroponic system to soil? Yes, it is possible with caution. Plants from hydroponic systems are used to constant indoor temperatures, to transfer outside you will need to transfer the grow medium sponge into soil and allow it rest in indirect sunlight for a few days before taking it outside.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?

A:During the guarantee period, engineer will analyze the cause of failure, re-call according to 

real situation or resend the same quantity following next order.
