1. What is the battery voltage and battery capacity? If the battery output voltage is 12V, a 12V inverter should be selected. The size of the battery will directly affect the size of the charger. The bigger the battery, the more appliances it can charge. For example, a 12V*60AH battery with a capacity of 0.8+576W or less can be used. 2. What kind of electrical appliances can I bring? Electrical equipment is divided into equipment with resistive charge and equipment with inductive charge. Resistors: computers, televisions, fans, lights and other household appliances. Inductors: refrigerators, washing machines, ice machines, hand drills, pumps, trash cans, etc. Resistors have no starting power, and inductors have starting power, which is generally 3 ~ 7 times. Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether the device is a resistor or an inductor. However, the starting power of the induction charging device is 3 ~ 7 times, the continuous power meets the conditions, and the starting power must also meet the conditions before starting. For example, if the battery is 12V/60AH, can the 2000W inverter be used with the 500W electric drill? 1) First, check whether the maximum battery charger is: 12*60*0.8=576W,>500W. Determine whether the electrical equipment is resistive or inductive: the manual drilling rig is inductive.
Common problems and solutions
external interference
Answer: The inverter may be interfered by some strong electromagnetic waves in use, such as the strong magnetic field of nearby motors and power inverter, which will affect the use effect. The inverter is not responding.
1. The connection between the battery and the inverter is incorrect; Reconnect.
2. The polarity of the battery was reversed and the fuse was burned. Replace the fuse.
Low output voltage
1. When the load current exceeds the rated current, disconnect some loads and restart.
2. The input voltage is very low. Ensure that the input voltage is within the rated voltage range.
Low voltage alarm
1. The battery has been discharged and needs to be recharged.
2. If the battery voltage is too low or the contact is poor, please charge the battery, check the battery terminal or wipe the terminal with a dry cloth.
No inverter output
1. The battery voltage is too low; Recharge or replace the battery.
2. If the load current is too high, turn off some loads and restart the inverter.
3. Prevent the inverter from overheating. Let the inverter cool for a while and place it in a ventilated place.
4. If the inverter can't start, please restart it. 5. If the terminal is upside down and the fuse is burnt out, please replace the fuse.
Inverter does not work.
1. Check the power switch, fuse, battery cable or smoke.
